The indexOfObjectPassingTest: method will only return the lowest index number that passes the test, no matter how many times you call it. It seems as though through your experimentation that you discovered that it will stop once it finds a match, which I guess seems logical.

I believe it has been the third time in a few weeks that I’m confused by NSArray’s -indexOfObjectPassingTest: method. The reason I get confused is that it returns an NSUInteger while other languages tend to return -1 when the item you’re looking for is not found.
